Upon acceptance into the Leadership Development Program, SOF members gain access to a robust mentorship network that connects them with both professional and upperclassman mentors.

Underclassmen are paired with upperclassmen who provide guidance on personal and professional growth, fostering a close-knit community built on support and compassion. SOF is committed to equipping members with the resources they need to excel in their pursuits.

In addition, the mentorship program offers students the opportunity to engage with finance professionals whose expertise aligns with their interests. This initiative reflects SOF’s mission to provide students with firsthand insights into their chosen fields and the chance to ask meaningful, in-depth questions.
