Leadership Development Program

The Scholars of Finance Leadership Development program aims to cultivate new leaders by forming cohorts and engaging them in the 7-week program. The program serves as the main gateway for those wishing to join SOF and accepts a limited number of students every semester at NYU. Within the LDP, members will dive into the exploration and refinement of their individual values and SOF values.

The work done throughout the LDP will help build the skills necessary to navigate school and a professional career. The program will mainly encourage cohort discussion of personal values and goals, as well as the expectation of additional individual reflection. The program will require members to show courage through vulnerability and the willingness to share and discuss openly.
