Leadership Development Program

SOF’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) aims to cultivate a new generation of finance leaders. Open to freshmen and sophomores, the program serves as the main gateway for those wishing to join SOF and accepts a limited number of students every semester.

Over 8 weeks, LDP candidates will explore SOF’s core values while refining their own personal goals and values. The program aims to cultivate the skills required to excel in academic and career contexts. Additionally, candidates will receive one-on-one mentorship and professional development support through upperclassmen-led workshops.

The recruitment cycle for Fall 2024 is now completed. Spring 2025 LDP applications will open next semester. Interested students are encouraged to attend SOF's Monday general meetings and coffee chat members.
